Who sells

What we sell and the price

• LNG, Dual-Fuel & Spark-Gas Academy, Self-Paced: $395 USD + 5% sales tax. All 12 modules, all 6 simulator labs, assessments and a certificate of completion, with 12 months of Academy access.
• Academy 6-Week Live Cohort: $995 USD + 5% sales tax. Everything in Self-Paced plus 6 weekly live workshops and a mock oral board.
• Academy Corporate Team: $3,500 USD + 5% sales tax. Academy access for up to 10 engineers (the buyer plus up to 9 invited colleagues) and one 1-hour live consultation.
• 1-hour technical consultation: $350 USD + 5% sales tax, daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Central Time (CT).

All prices are in US dollars. Louisiana sales tax of 5% is added to every price at checkout, and the payment page shows it before you pay.

Payment

You pay on the secure page of our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. For the Academy, your purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed; the consultancy slot is confirmed when we have your booking and your payment.

Access Keys and seats

After payment we issue a personal Access Key, shown on screen and emailed to the address you paid with. A key is for one person and works on up to 2 devices; please do not share it. We may suspend a key that is shared or misused. On the Corporate Team tier the buyer invites up to 9 colleagues from the Student Portal, and each one gets their own key.

SeaReady included with a course

Self-Paced includes 3 months of SeaReady Officer Pro, the 6-Week Cohort 12 months of SeaReady Officer Pro, and Corporate Team 12 months of SeaReady Officer Pro for every seat (the buyer and up to 9 engineers). app.marvelsolutionz.com adds it when you sign in or register there with the email address you paid with and confirm that address; a Corporate buyer then adds the team's email addresses in SeaReady. SeaReady’s own terms apply to its use.

Academy refunds

• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as less than 25% of the course content has been opened. For the 6-Week Cohort, ask before the cohort’s start date.
• After that, refunds are at Marvel Solutionz’s discretion.
• A full refund ends Academy access, including the SeaReady plan included with the course and, for Corporate Team, every invited seat.
• If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, access is put on hold until the dispute is settled.

To ask for a refund, email communication@marvelsolutionz.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Consultancy cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot for a full refund. If we have to cancel, we offer another date or a full refund.

Using the training

The Academy and our consultations are training and advice. On a real engine or plant, always follow the maker’s manuals, your company’s safety management system and class and flag rules. Decisions on board or on site remain the responsibility of the vessel or plant operator.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as off-hire, lost production or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
